Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of Giving Cards are as follows:

• Giving Cards may be redeemed to benefit any United States 501(c)(3) public charity.
• Giving Cards may not be redeemed for cash, to support a political campaign, or to pay for personal expenses incurred by a relative, including tuition.
• No tangible personal benefit, including tickets to events, raffle tickets, goods or services, may be received in exchange for the redemption of the card.
• Redeeming the Giving Card is not tax deductible.
• Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
